The Inbox is where all your new tasks are collected.
These unplanned tasks, which are imported from your integrations or created with Akiflow, are separated from your schedule (Today page), so they won't impact what you already have planned.

Check your Inbox a few times a day and plan the incoming tasks. If a task on your Inbox takes less than 2 minutes to execute → Do it now and hit the shortcut E to mark it as done
if it takes more time and you know when you want to execute → Hit P and plan it
or just drag and drop it to an open slot on your calendar.
